Church groups, club teams, scouts and camp programs travel with a ratio of adults to kids and a headcount that has to be right every single time the group moves. Splitting across private cars makes that harder at every stop.
Keep the group on one transportation plan, with vehicles matched to the passenger count and equipment. Luggage space varies by coach; describe sports bags, instruments, or overnight luggage so we can confirm sufficient storage before booking.
Our drivers are licensed, insured and drug tested, and we have long experience with youth groups — the same standard we hold for school district work.

- Will the gear fit?
- Overhead racks on every coach, plus undercarriage luggage on request. Equipment bags and overnight luggage travel with the team instead of in a parent convoy behind it.
- Parents will ask about the driver. What do we tell them?
- Licensed, insured and drug-tested drivers, seatbelts on all seats, and regularly maintained vehicles — the same standard we hold for school district work.
- How do we keep the headcount right?
- One vehicle, one count, at every stop. Chaperones are counting a group rather than tracking a convoy across a car park.
- Do you run overnight and out-of-state trips?
- Yes. Choose the out-of-state option and include all travel dates and overnight stops. We will confirm the vehicle and driver arrangements around the itinerary and required driving and rest limits.
